Gold Rams

Just wondering if gold rams are infact the same as blue only a colour variant? So if I was to get a pair they'd be identicle as far as size/temperament/feeding/breeding etc as the blues just a diff colour?

Yep, same species, just less hardy. From what I've read, the gold varieties seem to be bred using hormone induced breeding, but I dunno if that would effect anything if you wanted to breed them.

Eek, not a fan of dodgy man made fish (to an extent I know most fish we see are man made, but I have limits )...Maybe ill look else were.
