Gold Rams

Love is in the air again first my discus now the rams. They are definately getting it on, they have spent all day digging and cleaning in the corner. What will babies be like? they make a odd pair

It'd be difficult spawning on sand.

Do the following at night: This will probably reduce the chances of interupting thier breeding.
-Replant the plant the one they've dug up
-Add dead flat rocks or durfaces, particulay where they've dug.

ok i'll try that, ive never seen them do this before and not sure how egg laying works with them

Its the same with most other Americam cichlids. Egg layers/protectors/guarders.
