gold mollies

Hi I am new to forums and really fish illiterate, even though I have 2 tanks.

I bought 3 gold mollies 3/5/05. seller told me 1 was very pregnant. I immediatly netted her when I got home. This morning I had a net full of fry. Before going to work I removed the parent. How long do I leave the fry in the net? There are at least 20. Thank for any info that you can give me.

I would let them out of the net and let them take there chances in the main tank, if you have plenty of hiding spaces, and plants they will survive most of them.

wait until they r at least 1 inch b4 letting them out into adult tank!
and bcuz u have so many it is not a good idea to keep them in the breeding net. do it is a good idea to out them in a seperate tank! GOOD LUCK

u could even just buy a mini tank there about £25 with a heater and light and theyll look really pretty in it

fry..I moved my fry into a 10 gal. tank 3 days ago..so far they seem to be doing fine. It has live floating plants,filter light & some small plastic plants
