Gold Flecks

i was just looking over my sorority and noticed y blue girl has 5-6 little gold flecks at the base of her tail. i remember hearing something about this before on here but i can't remember what it was. she is acting normal(eating swimming) and is not rubbing up against anything. iv got her seperated out now, but don't remember what to do for her. any help at all is greatly appreciated.
