:D Hi!
I am going to my LFS tomorrow, and I want some floating plants for my tank, as I have recently bought 2 BGKs. Do floating plants need any different care from normal plants? I feed them a plant food tablet once every 2 months!
Also, I am going to buy 2-3 more angels, as I only have 1. She is a sunset blusher angel, very pretty, but so tiny. Will I have to buy more sunset angels? Because I love the look of the marbled angels. And will 2-3 more be ok?
Also, the tank is a 45gal, has 7 m/f guppies, 3 corys, 4 gouramis, 2 BGKs (that will be moved when they need to be), 3 female platys, 3 female bettas, 1 shrimp (want to buy a bunch more of them tomorrow too!), 2 plecs (they will also be moved later too!)and 4 silver-tipped tetras. I want some more fishees, it doesn't matter on size, shape, colour or anything really, as long as they are pretty! And I don't want to have to move any of my current fish! :)
Since I sold my red scats and some other fish today, the tank looks so empty. I rearrange the plants and bogwood and other decorations, then suddenly decided I wanted more fish!
Thanks in advance!

What kind of gouramis? If they're dwarf then the angels will be fine, but if they're blue or gold or other bigger gourami, then I wouldn't get the angels as those gouramis will get big.

It doesn't matter what color angels you get, they all hang out together the same.

First of all, I was thinking like a shoal of neons, but then realised that was out of the question, what with the angel(s). Will angels eat all tetras? I know they won't eat the silver-tipped tetras that I have at the moment, though, but what are the prettiest shoaling fish in your opinions that actually shoal together? :)

Im of the opinion that your pretty well stocked as it is. Whilst you stil have the two BGK's in your tank and the plecs, i would be inclined just to add the shoaling fish. No more angels yet. Maybe one.

Harliquins are great, schoal together and are quite pretty. Do u know of them?

12 maybe. I think its better to leave a stocked tank at a more comfortable level rather than over do it. It just means your fish are happier. Goodluck, and hope u get some nice fish.

Dont u want to add to your tetras?

I've never heard of fire rasboras! Any links? :)
And what do you mean mr_miagi32 when you say 'do you want to add to your tetras?' :*) Sorry, it's too early....

Fire Rasbora = Rasbora Vaterifloris.....similar to harlequins without the triangle...brighter coloured, slightly longer, graceful fins and very pretty shoalers!

Oh, i meant wouldnt you like to add to your collection of silver tipped tetra? They would make a nice effect with more than 4 in your tank.
