Hey,
I'm going away for about a week and i'm not sure exactly how i'm gonna do it with my 20 gallon tank. I have a marroon clown, damsel fish, and a coral beauty. Will those vacation feeders work for a saltwater tank? what would you reccomend doing other than buying an auto feeder?
Thanks,

The feeders would work if is the type that drops flake/pellet food onto the water but a would not try the freshwater kind that sit in the water and release food when they desintegrate. The fish should be able to last a week without food no proble, although i would feed them well right before you leave. You could also get somebody to feed your fish for you once or twice while you are gone.

Autofeeders work great when you go away. Of more concern is evaporation and topoff. Try to lower your specific gravity before you go down to say 1.023 if you've got corals, or lower to say 1.019 if it's fish only. That way evaporation won't cause your salinity to spike too high and harm your fish.

Ok thanks a bunch a guys. That was my other concern also.
