I know that some gobies have a simbiotic relationship with pistol shrimp. My question is that does the species of goby have a direct bearing with the species of pistol shrimp? What I mean is say I got an orange spotted goby or a Wheeler watchman goby. Is there a specific species of shrimp that goes with each goby? If I just bought a pistol shrimp of any species would the relationship exist? I hope I explained that right. Thanks for the help in advanced!
