can anyone tell me if i can help my glowlight tetra which is struggling to swim, its difficult to describe but he swims head facing upwards as if theirs a weight attached to his tale, no signs of injury and he's occupying the middle of the tank not the surface.

any help would be appreciated as he is obviously distressed

all other fish seem fine in my community tank

What size tank?
How many fish and what types?

How often do you do water changes?
Has anything been added lately? Such as chemicals or new decor or fish?

How often do you feed?

Swim bladder swim as though the tail is weighing him down.
Tryed some shelled peas, and a bacterial med, but once they show this behavour they rarely make it.
Good luck.

we do water changes every 2 weeks we only have tetras and guppys in the tank but we have had to put a birth net as our female guppy has just had 2 fry we have also added a live plant we added that over a week ago the size is 30litres

The tanks not that big then, you should be doing a gravel vac once a week.
Check your water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
