Gill Flukes Meds

I'm 90% sure atlesat one of my fish has gill flukes (rapid breathing, red gills, occasionally flashing, decerased activity level). I know with gill flukes you need to treat the entire tank, but was wondering if anyone could recomend a med that would be safe to use with clown loaches?

I used to use clout, but there is a note on it saying do not use with scaleless fish or bottom feeders, so that one is out of the question.
