Ossubtus Xinguense,( coo, I wonder which part of the Amazon It comes from? ). To about 6" in captivity, 10 - 11" in the wild, omnivorous, bottom to midwater - quite territorial though funnily enough but very intelligent for a Characin, comes to the front of the tank when approached, behaves more like a Cichlid imo. A cool little guy. Gives the mid level a bit of action, got two Apollo Sharks for upper level, also cool fish, constantly displaying to each other (I know, not quite Biotope, but I couldn't resist them)... Also difficult to Photograph, too quick
