I recently got two ghost catfish along with 6 other fish for a 20 gallon aquarium. One of the ghost catfish lays at the bottom alot, and has a tiny white spot on his side (which appears to mean its sick). Also it swims in place next to the other ghost catfish, but its tail drops to the gravel every few seconds and then comes back up to being level with the other ghost catfish. Is this normal or is there something I should be doing to fix it?

it's not normal behaviour for glass catfish. Check the water quality in the tank and maybe do a partial water change and gravel clean each day for a week. This will often clear up any water quality issues and make a huge difference to the fish.
Make sure the fish are feeding well and offer them a varied diet to help them build up their immune system.

Right now i am feeding them tropical flakes, what else would you suggest feeding them? (only one has an issue), also I have 4 Rasbora Hets, a lyretail guppy, and an upside down catfish, so would the change in diet effect any of them?

if the filters are established then you can feed them various frozen foods including frozen bloodworms, brineshrimp, daphnia, prawn/ shrimp and fish. Those foods can also be fed to all the other fish you have and will help them all do a bit better. Try to feed frozen foods each day or every second day.

You can also feed live food like mozzie larvae, aphids, live daphnia and small flies, (as long as they haven't been caught with bug spray).
