I'm overstcked on my largest tank, and I'm thinking of getting a Juwel 120L and splitting my fish up so they've all got room to grow. Trouble is, I'm an impulse fish buyer, so there is a pretty wide mix. Anyone got any ideas of what would look good together?

Juwel 180l on stand (set up - see profile)
Juwel 120l on stand (to be bought)
Clearseal 4' x 1' x 15" 120l long (set up - see profile)
Clearseal 3' x 1' x 15" 106l long (which I'm planning on having for dwarf cichlids, unless anyone's got any better ideas)

Thanks!!

Sarah

Yep:

16 neons
10 cardinals
5 black widow tetras
9 gold barbs
11 guppies
2 mollies
8 harlequin ras's
5 lake inle rasboras
1 platy
3 swordtails
Pair dwarf gourami
Pair apisto agassizi
3 peacock gobies
3 wood shrimps
3 zebra loaches
1 bulldog pleco
1 imperial pleco

Does all your fish get along with one another right now? or do the cichlids bug the guppies or barbs bug the tetras?

And your sig. says you have zebra shrimp not wood shrimp. I'm sure the sig. has a typeo...

Sorry, I thought zebra shrimp were wood shrimp  I can't find zebra shrimp listed anywhere, and they look like the pics of wood shrimp. Everyone mostly gets on, the dwarf cichlids are a little aggressive as they're trying to lay eggs, which is why I thought give them and maybe the gourami a tank for themselves?

It isn't set up yet, will do it this weekend, and use filter media and gravel from one of the existing tanks. Same with whatever new tank I buy.

Being an impatient newbie and adding too many fish too fast I guess. One of the fish was deformed when I got it (I didn't check the bag well enough!!), one was sick when I bought it but I thought I'd try and save it, one injured itself jumping and hitting the lid...... just a run of bad luck as well.

In the 180 I would put all tetras, 10 guppies and swordtails and wood shrimp
in the 120 to buy: gobies, dwarf gourami pair, and plecos
in the 120 you already have: keep the cichlids in there (saves them from cleaning a new egg spot) and then you could get other cichlids that get along with them
in the 106: both mollies, the barbs and loaches and famale guppy

Does that cover all the fish you have?

Edit: the rasboras are included with the tetras and the platy put with the barbs

Just about!! Thank you. There are only the harleys and the Lake Inle ras's left. In with the gobies and the gouramis?
