Getting New Fish

Today i'm going to get some new fish, but my quarintine tank is uncycled. I'm going to seed it from my 55 gal. .
the 55gal. has 5 neons, 4 boeseami rainbow fish, 1 swordtail, 4 ottos, 5 corys,and 1 longfined danio. I'm planing on getting 1 boeseami rainbow fish and 6 rummy nosed tetras. how much filter media will i have to take from the 55 gal?
