Getting Into Saltwater

Can anybody post a walthough to teach me how to care for and get a slatwater tank going? and also what size of tank would be best? I would prefer to keep it under 55g

There are a lot of factors to concider

Reef or FOWLR
Preditory /Commuinty
etc

& Mainly your personall preference's

FOWLR DEFINATELY, I really want clowns, and they must be community fish.

Here's a quick question, about how much would it cost to get a 38g going? and would that be big enough or would it need to be bigger? I'm going to do MAJOR research before I even buy the tank.
