Getting brown algae

what can i get in fishtank that cleans the tank good as in brown algae and can survive with an oscar

brown alge is was result of too much light, or could be waste food (oscar's are very messy!) my brother had loaches while they were smallish...

fully grown i would think only a largish plec?
