First of all, I'd take them out of the breeding trap. Breeding traps are pretty small for Mollies, and it can stress them out a lot. Sometimes so much they will abort the pregnancy. I'd either let them give birth in the main tank, or get a smallish breeding tank for them. If you do decide to let them have the babies in the tank, you can scoop them out as you see them, and put them in a breeder net for a while, while they grow a bit. They will outgrow that pretty soon though. Or you can just leave the babies in the tank, and most likely some will survive if you have plants, or lots of hiding places.
Another option is to have a tank around 10 gallons or so, with a sponge filter, to grow the fry up in.
Also, to help the mothers, you can raise the tank temperature to about 26C, or 78F. I'd feed the mothers good, protein rich foods, like Bloodworms, or Daphnia, or Brine Shrimp. Freeze-dried, Frozen, or Live.
Good luck with them!
