Geting Along

I've got three guppy's and three Mollies. The guppy's are male. Not sure about the Mollies though. Two of the Guppy's are constantly nipping at the underside of all three mollies (especially on of the Mollies in particular).
And when i say constantly I'm not exaggerating. All six fish are new to the tank today.

I'm very new to this game. Are they attacking, harassing or simply playing? should I be concerned or just ignore it?

No I didn't clycle it.
It's a 96 Litre tank

nitrite 0.50
nitrate 5
ph 7.8

at the moment I'm testing daily and doing regular water changes. I was told not to exceed 6 small live bearing fish for 1 month.
If the ph level doesn't come down soon I will consider using "PH Down" or "Proper PH"

Do you think that the nipping is a result of the stats? I would be really interested to know what that link is?

Add more decor to help break the line of sight, its less tempting to bother a fish you cant see
