German Blue Ram Concerns!

Sorry realized I posted in wrong topic...

Ok so this morning I found my female GB had some issues... she has one ick spot on one fin and she what appears to be an egg on her ventral side.. she also has some scales missing maybe 2-3 on her dorsal side just behind her top fin..

I think she must be really stressed could this be from spawning? Should I be worried she has had this object hanging out of her all day? Has anyone seen this before? Last night at 11PM she was fine none of this was present.. but at 9 AM this morning all this was present... and still is..

yeah thank you so much.. I was able to find an breeder of german blues.. this is an egg tube that expands before they lay eggs.. a tank move can cause this from stress as well as the ick spot..
