Last night i noticed that some of my rummy-nosed tetras where flicking on my driftwood. Other than that all my fish are acting normal. So what medication would work best for treating them?

How long have you had them for and anything new added in the past two weeks?
Is it just the gill area theya re scratching?
Whats your stats for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and ph?
When was the last water change and how much?

Could be anything from high levels in your water stats, to ich or flukes.

Need to look at your stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph first.
Have you just done a water change as that can sometimes make them flick.

My stats are:
ph-7.4
nitrate-40
ammonia-0
nitrite-0

I do 45% water changes every Wednesday. So I just finished doing the water change for today, but the water stats are from before i did the water change. I haven't added anything new to the tank recently.

Also I noticed about a month ago i had little bugs in my gravel. I still have them, but there are a less each time i vacuum . I don't know if they whats bothering my rummys or not. I can only see them if i vacuumed the gravel and dump the bucket out, there are little specks running around in the bucket. I tried to get rid of them by putting some in a cup and trying a few different parasite med on them but none of them had any effect :( .

any ideas on what i should do?

Thanks,

Look for sores and puncture wounds on the fish that a sign that the parasites are living on the fish.
The bugs are they disc shaped with legs.

Could they be planeria? if sothey are hamless.

If you want to treat for internal parasites, use wormer plus or flubenol 15, both can also be use with any other meds at the same time. Not many shops sell it, so try ebay or online

They are probably harmless copepods. Maybe up your water changes to twice a week at 40% to see if that helps with the flicking. I would use a fluke product such as sterazin to try and clear them.
