just checked water stats r fine dont no what to treat with as i have got discus in the tank???

Raise temp to 30.
Increase aeration.
Remove black carbon from filter.

Make sure you can use the full dose of whitespot med with the fish you keep.
As you have to have dose with sensitive fish.
