Some of you may have read my thread at the weekend about having sudden Ammonia in my tap water leading to a reading in my tank (had just done a water change).
At the time, one of my GBRs started displaying symptoms of what I thought was Ammonia poisoning - breathing very fast, darkening of colour.
The thing is, here we are 4 days later, my tank problem was quickly resolved and all water stats are back to normal but she is still looking the same, if not a little worse. She also hasn't eaten that I've seen.
Is it possible that she's still suffering the effects of Ammonia poisoning even though there is no longer any present? What can I do about it if she is?
Or is it possible that the stress of the weekend has caused something else, maybe an internal bacterial infection?
It's probably worth mentioning that I have had my GBRs about 3 months now and up until this weekend they have both been fine (I know they're sensitive). My other GBR still seems to be very healthy as do all my other fish.
