Gbr Spawning Once Again

my gbr spawn every month in my community tank,none of the fry ever survive,is it possible to remove the eggs once they have spawned and if so what is the best way to care for the eggs.

I am no expert but i would put the eggs in a separate tank with water from your main tank add a little methalyne blue and put the eggs by a air-stone for circulation. Hope this helped.
