Gasping for air?

My white molly seems to be at the top of the 35g tank. She looks like she is eating but there is no food on top of the water. Is she gasping for air?

if not does yur filter give out any air bubbles into the tank?

Is your tank cycled? When was your last water change?, how often do you do them?

How much do you change? What kind of filter do you use, are you getting any type of water agitation?

Do you have live plants?
