Garra Rufa Trouble

Hi, my garra rufa appears to have a pink penis like protrusion coming out of him. We've had them for ages and I've never seen anything like this on them. He seems in good order, I just wondered if anyone knew what it was and if he's going to be ok

What size is the tank, how many and what kids of fish are in it, how long has it been set up, is it cycled and do you have the results of any water tests?

Looks like a good candidate for camalanus worms.

Camallanus worms are usually more threadlike than that..looks more like some sort of prolapse?

It's 240l
4 Garra Rufa
10 mollies
3 Danios
4 neons
2 grown up sword tails and 6 babies
1 Siamese fighting fish
4 suckers
2 Clown fish
been set up for nearly a year now
Not sure what you mean by cycled but we did a 40% water change about a week ago but not tested the water since.

They did have a funny turn about two nights ago where they completely lost their color, which they seem to do if we don't leave the air pumping in and we also added some aquarium salt.
