Garnett Sand

I'm going to change from gravel to garnett sand.
Mainly because of my spiny eel and sole/flounder,
has anyone had any problems with garnett sand?
Because I know lime sand rises Ph levels.

I would recommend going with silver sand or even better silicia sand which is lime-free.

I've never heard of garnett sand.

Silver sand and silica sand is also the same thing I believe.
