Gardneri Fry Growth Rate

Ive got about 20+ Gardneri fry all doing well and in two seperate tubs, the oldest is about 3 and a half wk old and they are about 1cm in lengh. Im changing 30% of the water everyday and ive been feeding them BBS 3 times a day and when im hatching BBS i substitute them with MW.

Is this about the right size for them at this age ? Is there anything i can do to help their growth ?

About right for your regime (which is good and proper.
Move them now to a small tank 12x8x8 half full to begin with no substrate and a small sponge filter added.
Continue feeding 2-3 times a day and keep the tank clean, gradually increase the water level but keep the tank covered.
Clearseal make nice tanks complete with a plastic one-piece canopy (not that expensive)
