not sure if she is sick or not but my female gup look fuzzy, i think the scale r loose, i can c them sticking out... will she be fine? is there something i can do?

Do you mean the scales have white patches on there scales that are fluffy and one has come lose.

Do you mean the scales are sticking out like a pinecone.

Then that's dropsy, and it's best if you separate her completely from her tankmates. There's not much you can do to save her, if anything, and she's probably so far along that she'll die shortly.

Dropsy isn't a SPECIFIC disease, exactly, but is the common name for a cluster of problems that may have their roots in bacterial infection or other problems.

If you want to try treating her, add some Maracyn 2 and try that. Also, if you can get your hands on Colloidal Silver, that MAY help. But, really, by this stage, her death is quite imminent, and often the most you can do is make her comfortable or euthanize her.

Dropsy is a nasty thing. Sorry about that. Best to try and treat her if you have the money. If you can't afford to do so, I'd put her down. Recovery on her own is slim.

o well... let c will she recover or how long will she live

Feeding her vegetable based products like algae wafers or cooked de-shelled peas will help and also any internal bacterial fish meds you can get your hands on; keeping water quality as good as posible will improve her chances of recovery too but dropsy is known to be a very hard desease treat(although not very infectious), there's only a 50/50 recovery rate at best.
