Fused Fins?

One of my bettas, Ken, I bought with really bad splits in his fins.They healed but never really grew again. He is a very quiet boy anyway, just likes to rest on top of his bridge. Before we went away he was very quiet, more than usual. Came back after a week and he is paler than usual and his fins are really clumped together. Cleaned him out put bit of salt and water conditioner in, he has got a heater and has had some live food. Anything more I can do for him? This morning his colour is better but his fins are really clumped.

He may of had a party while you were away.. got hammered and managed to get to one of your female bettas. Had a good time, found out she was pregnant and her dad came and gave him a beating Nah but really, he may have been sitting in one place for the WHOLE time you were away, well, even for a lot and his fins may have overlappd and stuck together

think my sons just hit nail on head...he lives on computer desk, and the extra bit of heat from the computer hasnt been there for a week.....he has just flared at me anyway!
