Fungus!

i recently treated my cichlids for what appeared to be fungus. i got lifeguard by jungle and it covers many sicknesses so it should've cured it. now it said to treat for 5 days and then do 25% water change. since it isn't gone all the way can i clean my tank and retreat? i just want to make sure it won't hurt them to do this!

For columnaris you should be using maracyn one and two, or maracyn plus.
Where is the fungus on the fish and does it look like cotton wool.

the one fish has a little bit left under his fin and the other still has it on parts of his body. it looks like a white filmy stuff on them

this medication was supposed to be for a broad range of diseases. right now my fish are in a hospital 10 gallon being treated with a guppy that has white spot. i just wanted to know if i should clean the tank, or at least do a 25% water change and treat again. i just don't want to kill my fish is all by over medicating!
