Fungus In Planted Aquaria

one of my angels in my 55 gal is growing the white cotton fungus... would it be ok for my plants if i added aquarium salt to deal with the fungus?

I dont think that plants are ok with high doses of salt. It sounds like columnaris tho. and i dont think salt will help get rid of it in any way.

There are some meds that are safe for plants I believe..
