Nope, not until they grow up a bit, and it depends on the type of fry as well how long it will take you.

oh okay there mollie frys i think i can tell 2 of dem are females i dont knw bout the last one.

All the fry will look female at first. Then the anal fin will slow come to a point on some of them and develop into a tube-like organ. This happens after about three months, give or take some time. The presence of a mature male will slow the developmet of other males though, so if you're trying to control population growth, don't jump the gun and wait to make sure they are females versus males.

With mollys you can sex them what so ever untill they mature which is between 3-4 months and if you have very dominate males then this can suppress younger male to mature later (as late as 12 months even), this is what makes some people think they have sex changing fish....
