I want to get frozen food for my fish. I already feed them blackworms, BBS, and a wide variety of dry food. I was thinking about getting a frozen food. What do you suggest?

Daphnia very good at digesting the fish food, one of the better frozen foods for fish.
Don't feed to many bloodworms ok once or twice a week and thats it.

It all depends on what fish you have, to what effects they may suffer or what they will eat. I never had any problems with bloodworm however. Just try any of the foods in your LFS's freezer.

Wilder,
Why do you say bloodworms 1 -2 a week please?
Feeding too much bloodworm can caused your fish to be bloated and constipated as it's quite rich. :good:

I didn't know that either. See you learn something new every day.. Oh no i'm starting to sound like my dad
The "bloat" is most commonly found in the old world cichlids that mostly feed off of algae and plant matter in the wild. Feeding these grazers high protein foods can upset the digestive system.

Fish that naturally eat other smaller organisms are fine. My Dwarf Puffers and BBG really favour eating bloodworm over any other food I have tried, so that is their staple food. The rest of my smaller fish get bloodworm at least 4, if not 7 times a week.

The feeding of fishes largely depends on the fish you have. For most community fish, the best food is flakes as they are nutriotionally balanced based on scientific research into the nutritional needs of fish.
