-_- eeek i just bought a frozen blood worm pack and wacked one in near my frogs, both adfs and they started to eat away, and my 2 dwarf gorramis started to eat it all aswell, there are still a few of the blood worms in my tank, will they be ok to leave in? if i dont feed the fish tommorow? or have i already overfed them? ekk

Depends on the size of the tank, and the amount of bio filtration. Rotting food creates ammonia, which won't be a problem if you are lightly stocked or overfiltered in regards to bio filtration. You should siphon them out if they are there more than around 12 hours.
