I've never heard of albino dwarf frogs. Basically, the only two types of truly aquatic frogs you're likely to come by in the hobby are African dwarf frogs and African clawed frogs. Dwarfs stay small, whereas clawed frogs get to be the size of your fist and eat anything they can cram into their mouths, including fish and other frogs. African clawed frogs are the ones that come in the albino variety.
Synirr is right, I have both and the African Clawed variety eat absolutely everything. So don't get an albino one. And when buying a little one be sure that their front fingers are webbed.
