Frog With "blisters"

Hi all,
just bought a minature frog, day before yesterday and its developed white blisters. it does nt look like white spot, they are quite large blisters, raised. we have another frog which we bought several weeks ago and it seems fine. is there a chance that the other frog could get the same thing (or our neons)
What do you think the blisters could be. i bought this frog from a different shop to our usual one.

any advice would be most appreciated

it could be water quality or a bacterial or parasitic skin infection. Maybe contact the place you bought it from or get a vet to take a skin scraping and see what they find under a microscope.
