You sign up, and then invite people to join, you have to have so many people sign up from your link to get your prize which they then post to you.

The link I posted above is unique to my account so they know that the person that signed up via my link, was referred by me.

Just put your email address and then make up a password, you go on my status, and then go on change free gifts, and you choose an item and it will tell you how many referrals you need.
