I am having to rehome my tropical fish due to a crack in my existing tank. I have a giant gouragmi, which is approx 11- 12inches wide, as well as 2 pleckos, 2 yoyo loaches, 2 zebra loaches and a sucking loach. My tank is approx 4 foot long, one a half foot depth and 2 and a half foot high. This is adequate to house the fish, but would not suggest anything smaller is used. I have previously had clown loaches, catfish and various sharks in the tank and these have had no problem with the gouragmi, although he will eat smaller, visable fish.
I am based in Stowmarket, Suffolk, and the buyer must be able to collect as I do not have the equipment to move the fish without causing alot of distress. The buyer would need a strong net to get the gouragmi out of the tank, and a sealable container to transport the fish home.
The fish are all in good condition, and have a high resale value, but due to my circumstances I am keen for them to be rehomed quickly before the tank completely collaspes.
