Mine has not arrived either but I did not order it until the last minute. When I rang up to see if I was too late to get one I was told one had been ordered for me but would not arrive until mid December.
I was also told by Stuart that I was on the list to receive one, but so far have not heard anything. I've emailed Stuart to see if I'm still on the list to get one, I'll be really annoyed if I don't get one now after being told I would!! I subscribed on the 7th Oct.
I would expect that anyone who received an e-mail confirming their tank should either get one or be offered a refund if they cannot supply. Anyone who did not get confirmation should still be offered a refund providing their subscription date was before the offer was withdrawn and that they specifically went for the offer. Just my tuppence worth, but if I didn't get one then I certainly wouldn't want a filter, light or anything else on offer at the moment, the tank swung it for me!
Can I urge you to ignore emails about this offer that don't come from me.
If I told you you were getting a tank you are getting a tank.
The tanks are still being sent out and will be for a few more weeks.
Please don't send a round robin email to everyone as some people are getting really fed up with all the spam they are getting.
What other good subscribing presents can we look forward to? I'm not going to subscribe just yet. I want something that I want to be on offer before i make th ebid.
mine arrived this morning, all intact, cant wait to set it up in time for xmas!
edit: for all those who havent got theirs, (i know its easy for me to say but) I'd just be patient, it will come, thats what i did and i almost forgot about it (it makes a great suprise if you do). I know its a shame that they havent all come in time for xmas but they did say they werent expecting to get them out until the end of december through well into the new year.
I got mine in and its perfect with nothing broken. Almost missed it though, was about to leave the house and i received no email about when it would arrive. Still very pleased though.
Well, after 4 months of waiting the nano finally turned up - although as a lot of you have found, the lid was in many pieces.
I've emailed the supplier to get a fresh one sent out, was just wondering how long it's taken them to send one to you people who have experienced the same problem?
