Frantic fish

I've got 4 pregnant female guppies and one male he swims frantically up and down at one end of the tank. Not all the time but is he ok? The females swim round the centre calmly. Water values fine - ammonia and nitrites nil ph 7.5 constant.

Arrg!!!! He might not even be the father. Someone said the females may have been prego when I got them
