I have a pregnant female Platy and she should have babies anytime soon but she is very sick and i fear she won't last till birth so i was wondering if there was a way i could force her to release the babies before she dies? i was also wondering if there is a home remedy for curing fungus on a fish because atm i do not have money for the treatment.

A while ago one of my guppy's died because she was not able to give birth, I got a pencil and gently pushed her stomach with it and out popped loads of fry.

Nice job guys. Burning a 14 year old.. real smooth... it can be pretty hard to get money for an aquarium, let alone getting your parents to understand 'fish matter', you know, and I'm 14.

I don't care if the OP is 14 or 40. S/he has no buisness being in charge of a creature's life, and I am not even talking about the money end of things.
