Not joining, I did seriously consider it earlier this year but it can't work.

If the majority of fans are allowed to decide which players to buy and sell and when to sack the manager it will be chaos, look at Man Utd, after 6 years in charge and winning nothing a large majority of fans wanted rid of Alex Ferguson, but they kept him and he went on to take them to being the second most sucessful club in England

The best football clubs are run by dictators who are in charge of everything, think Ferguson, Wenger, Shankley, George Graham, Paisley, the geat Cloughie. Once commitees get involved things get messy and bad decisions get made, like letting Mourinho leave Chelski, the FA picking McLaren.
