which one do u use and which is best for fish

I feed frozen bloodworms some days and flakes other days.
Live would be best though... But haven't seen any on sale lately.

I'm not certain but I think I read on here the other day that feeding live foods can cause internal parasites ...?


Maybe someone involved in the topic I read might be able to either confirm it or tell me to shut up


Personally, I feed frozen bloodworm, frozen daphnia and freeze dried tubiflex cubes (which I stick to the glass and they go crazy for it - especially the cories)
