food for bettas

Hi,

Iv just got my first betta. Can anyone recommend any particular type of food?

There are several good ones out there. The ones I like to use are HBH Betta Bites, Penn-Plax Pro Balance, Betta Min, Betta Bio Gold. Ones that have a higher protien content are better for them. A serving or 2 per week of frozen or live foods is recomended as well. Welcome to the wonderful world of bettas and good luck with your new addiction!!!
