Font On Page

Have you changed the font. Since I last visited it is different. It makes my eyes hurt very much. Is there way I can change the font at my site?

Is The actual font is different or is the whole page different?

Just had a poke around the control panel - changed the font and the colour in the board settings - didnt know I could that - like the blue colour with the neons/clown loach avi's - think i shall leave it like this.
