if your new to marine your best of going for live rock and whilst you save you do loads of research and you cant go wrong

You can do a Bio-mechanical set-up with a large exturnal and large Protien skimmer, but you would expect 50% weekly waterchanges, with weekly cleans of the exturnal. It's high maintanance and can make the maintanance of some fish long-term very hard to do, often leading to wasting diseases/problems e.t.c, so fish choice has to be made carefully...
