Fluval Edge 23/46L Base Dimensions

okay I've searched high and low for this, but i want to know what is the dimensions of the small base that the tank comes with not aftermarket bases I'm taking the one it sits on normally. 
 
i am NOT after the tank size it self 
 
please if anyone can tell me what this is cheers

It's roughly 30 x 30 cms, or do you need to know to the mm?
