Flowing Aquarium Plants

Is there any such thing? Are they easy or hard to care for? It just occured to be they might be nice if such a thing exists

I ave had a type of lilly which flowered but the flower is above the water line, only aquatic plant I know of with a submerged flower are anubias. Not much of a flower really just a long thin white stem.

Ah well, it was worth asking. I expect even if there were they wouldn't really be for a beginner anyway.
