Flow In Tang Tank

How much flow do you guys run in your Tang tanks I have roughly 10x go through my sump and I have a couple of power heads laying around I can add for more flow

If you're referring to current in the tank, they don't really like a lot to be honest, I even notice the fish in my own tank shying away from the spray bars,
