I was looking at this product and the ingredients listed are:

Potassium Chloride, Calcium Chloride, Copper Sulfate, Magnesium Chloride, Ferrous Gluconate, Cobalt Sulfate, Magnesium Sulfate, Manganese Sulfate, Boric Acid, Sodium Molybdate, Zinc Sulfate, Protein Hydrolysates

They're listed at extremely small quantities (>.1%), and the instructions read to only dose once a week. Would even that small amount of copper be harmful to inverts or other sensitive fish?

It's fine to use with shrimp, the quality isn't really measurable. For a trace fert, this is the best on the market ime. I have used it on and off for years with really sensitive shrimps and had no problems.

Thanks for the info. ;) I was thinking about starting a small tank with some shrimp and a ton of plants.
