i've just taken my brothers old ballast unit and the old flourescent tube which is an 18w plant grow one by arcadia which i already have but a 15w one. i also have my old 15w daylight one. my question is, is there any point using two plant grow ones or will it be better than one plant grow one and a daylight one. sorry if this question seems stupid but i just can't think which would be better, appreciate any help you give, cheers.
